John M. Wilson

Mr. Wilson began building and developing properties in the late 1980’s. In 1995 he formed JM Wilson Development Corp and for the next 10 years he continued developing residential and commercial projects in San Luis Obispo County. As sole owner, Mr. Wilson developed and generated 150 million dollars in gross sales. To date, he has more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Wilson began his college education at the University of Portland in 1985 and finished his education at Cal Poly State University concentrating in finance. Mr. Wilson has partnered with several investors, such as WestPac Investments Inc., on many joint ventures. Starting in early 2000, his focus turned to commercial real estate investments including various retail centers totaling over 1,000,000 square feet. Mr. Wilson has developed and maintained strong banking and business relationships in his community.
